When you sign up, you are guaranteed the opportunity to become a member of Bethesda Modern Primary Care.
When the enrollment period begins, Priority List registrants will be given advanced notification along with instructions on how to complete enrollment.

You may schedule your meeting before or after you register on our Priority List.
Your meeting is your time to get to know Dr. Sirdar. Ask questions about her practice, her approach to medicine, and how she can best serve you.
Dr. Sirdar cannot provide medical advice during this meeting but can answer questions about conditions she does and does not treat.
